BOO BOO BALM RECIPE
• 4 drops Lavender Essential Oil
• 4 drops Frankincense Essential Oil
• 2 drops Melaleuca Essential Oil
• 6 tbsp. Coconut Oil
Gently warm coconut oil until completely melted. Add Essential Oils and stir well to incorporate oils. Pour into a 4oz. glass jar. To use, apply a small amount to the affected area.
SPRAY THE OWIE AWAY RECIPE
• 2 drops Melaleuca Essential Oil
• 2 drops Roman Chamomile Essential Oil
• 1 drop Lavender Essential Oil
• 1 drop Geranium Essential Oil
Combine oils into a 2 oz. spray bottle, then fill with Fractionated Coconut Oil. Shake well before using. Spray affected area as needed to soothe and support the natural healing process.
